Terms & Conditions


  • Orders of less than HK$5000 must be fully paid in advance after confirmation.  A deposit of 50% of the invoice amount is required for orders of HK$5000 or above.  The remaining balance must be settled at least five days before delivery.  All deposits paid are non-refundable.

  • Payment can be made in cash, bank transfer or credit cards.

  • By placing an order using credit card payment methods, you confirm that the credit card account used is yours or that you have been authorized by the owner to use it. If your card issuer refuses to authorize payment to Secret Garden Florist, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.

  • Our payment processes meet the stringent international security standards set down by the Payment Card Industry to make your shopping experience safe and secure. If you have registered an account on the Site and have decided to save your card details with us, your details will be fully encrypted, solely used to process card transactions that you have initiated and securely stored on our systems. In the absence of gross negligence on our part, we will not be liable for any loss you may suffer if any third party procures unauthorized access to any data you provide when using our Services.


  • No cancellation of order is accepted and all flowers/goods sold are non-exchangeable and non-refundable.

  • A three weeks’ notice in advance is required for wedding or other floral decoration/arrangements if there is any change made to your order. An administration fee at 10% on invoice amount will be charged to customers.

  • No change will be accepted for bouquets/ arrangements’ orders and promotional items.


  • All floral products are subject to availability. In the event of any supply difficulties or if the flowers we have received from our suppliers that are needed to make up your order do not meet our high quality standards, we reserve the right to substitute any product with an alternate product of a similar style and equivalent (or greater) value and quality without notice.

  • As flowers are natural products, colors may vary from that shown in our website/ catalogue/ gallery/ photo references. However, we will try our best to maintain color scheme, size and shape of the flower arrangement.

  • Products in the website/ catalogue/ gallery/ photo references are not in scale.  Please check with our staff for product dimensions.


  • Secret Garden Florist reserves the right to amend or withdraw any terms & conditions or adjust the prices of all goods we sell or terminate the offer anytime without prior notice, in case of any disputes, the decision of Secret Garden Florist shall remain final.

  • Customers are recommended to check the latest selling price with our staff before sales confirmed.

  • Prices are shown on the Site in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD).

  • Prices displayed on the Site at the time your order is accepted will be honoured except in the case of obvious error. Whilst we use our best endeavours to ensure that all prices appearing on the Site are accurate, we do not guarantee that they are error-free and reserve our right to rectify any errors. If we discover an error in the price of any products that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible and offer you the option of reconfirming or cancelling your order. If we are unable to contact you, we will treat the order as cancelled.

  • If your credit/debit card is not denominated in Hong Kong Dollars (HKD), the final price charged in your currency will be calculated by your issuing bank in accordance with the applicable exchange rate on the day your card issuer processes the transaction.


  • In any event, and notwithstanding anything contained herein, Secret Garden Florist's liability in contract, tort (including negligence or breach of statutory duty) or otherwise howsoever, and whatever the cause thereof, arising by reason of or in connection with the sales and purchase order (except in relation to death or personal injury caused to the customer by the willful act or gross negligence of Secret Garden Florist or its employees while acting in the course of their employment) shall be limited to the Purchase Price.

  • The customer shall not seek from Secret Garden Florist the loss of profits, contracts, revenue or business; or indirect, consequential, incidental, special, exemplary and/or punitive damages arising out of or relating to the sales and purchase order.


  • All copy and images on this website are owned by Secret Garden Florist and protected by Copyright. Unauthorized infringement of copyright may be result in legal action being taken against the offending party.


  • You will need to register an account to use some of the Services available on the Site. In registering an account and in your use of the Site, you agree (where necessary) to provide information about yourself that is true, accurate, current, and complete in all respects. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for more information on how we use your personal data.

  • If you are under 18, by registering for an account with us or otherwise using our Services, you agree that you have informed your parents and guardians about the TOS prior to such registration or use, and they have approved of such registration or use by you on the terms of the TOS. Secret Garden Florist reserves the right to accept orders from you only if you are aged 18 or over.

  • We will never ask you for your account’s password either in writing (via email or otherwise), in person or on the phone. In using the Site, you are responsible for: (i) safeguarding any passwords used to access your account and our Services, and (ii) all use of our Services under your account. Please take reasonable care in protecting access to your account from any unauthorized use. If you suspect that the security of your account has been compromised or if there is unauthorized use of your account, please contact us immediately.


  • The Site may include links to other websites or resources that are not operated or prepared by Secret Garden Florist. We have no control over such sites and resources and we will not accept responsibility for them or be liable for any loss or damage caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with your use of them.

  • Secret Garden Florist is not responsible for the content or accuracy of any off-Site pages, which include but is not limited to advertisers of the Site. Use of these external websites or resources will be at your own risk and subject to the terms of use and service contained within each of such sites.



  • In order to place orders with us, you must meet the following conditions of eligibility:
    -  Be aged 18 years of age or over;
    - Be in possession of a valid credit card/debit card issued by a licensed bank acceptable to Secret Garden Florist for payment; and
    - Have provided personal and payment details that are warranted by you to be both valid and accurate (email address, real name, phone number, billing information and other requested information as indicated on the Site).

  • In placing an order with us, you authorize Secret Garden Florist to process a charge or charges on your credit card/debit card account in the amount of the total purchase price of your order. You also expressly authorize us to use personal information provided by you to perform appropriate anti-fraud checks such as credit checks and also to, where necessary, transmit or obtain information about you to or from third parties including, but not limited to, credit reference or fraud-prevention agencies, which may keep a record of that information. Please refer to our Privacy Policy for further information about how we use your data.

  • All orders are subject to stock availability and confirmation of the order price. Items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

  • The Site is for your personal use only. You may not purchase goods from the Site for reselling purposes or commercial exploitation.

  • Secret Garden Florist reserves the right not to accept an order for any reason in its sole discretion (including but not limited to any of the following reasons):
    - We are unable to accept your order due to a system error.
    - We are unable to obtain authorization for payment.
    - You do not meet the eligibility criteria to purchase as set out in these Terms Of Service.


  • The Program is available to individuals for their personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Corporations, associations or other groups may not participate in the Program.

  • By joining the Program and becoming a Program member, you (individually and collectively, “you,” “your,” or “Member”), agree that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Program Terms and Conditions of Participation (“Program Terms”) and by any changes or modifications we may make. You should review these Program Terms and the related policies frequently to understand the terms and conditions that apply to the Program as they may change from time to time. These Program Terms do not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with us, including any agreement for products or services. By enrolling in the Program, you also agree to be bound by our website Privacy Policy and our website Terms and Conditions, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree to these Program Terms, our website Privacy Policy, and our website Terms and Conditions, you cannot participate in the Program. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

  • Neither accounts nor Program rewards, benefits and/or points may be transferred, shared or combined. Only the member paying for the products may accumulate rewards, benefits and/or points. Members will not receive rewards, benefits and/or points on purchases which are reimbursed by corporations or other organizations ineligible to participate in the Program. We reserve the right to monitor the number of accounts per household and refuse, merge or close additional or duplicate accounts at any time. Your account information (including security details) are confidential and should not be shared with any other person.

  • Rewards, benefits and/or points earned through the Program have no cash value, are non-transferable, and you have no property rights in or to rewards or other Program benefits. Points credited to your Program account will be decreased or reversed, as applicable, if part or all of the purchase is returned or cancelled or if the credit is obtained through fraudulent or other activity that violates these Program Terms. The sale, barter, transfer, or assignment of any rewards, benefits, or points offered through the Program, other than by us, is expressly prohibited.

  • Rewards cannot be exchanged or returned for points, another product, or a monetary refund.

  • We are not responsible for rewards, benefits and/or points lost or redeemed due to fraudulent activity by you or any third party.

  • We reserve the right to change Program benefits, how you reach each Program tier, how you earn points and how we evaluate and reward your eligible purchases and/or other Program activity. We reserve the right to place limits on the number of purchases or activities that are eligible for the Program and/or for any given tier or point level, the number or types of rewards or benefits you may receive or earn in any given tier or at any given point level, in a given time period or for the duration of the Program, and/or any combination thereof.

  • Rewards can only be redeemed on the Site.

  • The Program and its benefits are offered at our sole discretion. Except where prohibited by law , we may, in our discretion, cancel, modify, restrict or terminate these Program Terms, and/or the Program or any aspect or feature of the Program at any time without prior notice, even though such changes may affect the value of rewards or benefits already accumulated or earned and/or the ability to redeem accumulated rewards or benefits.

  • We reserve the right to exclude you from or to discontinue your participation in the Program and to audit your membership account at any time, in our sole discretion. To keep your account active you must log in to your Program account and make a purchase within 24 months. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Program Terms, membership inactivity for more than 24 months, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation or other conduct inconsistent with these Program Terms and/or detrimental to us or our interests, including without limitation, any suspected illegal, fraudulent other unauthorized use of any Program rewards, points, cards, credits, vouchers, coupons and/or certificates, may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire and your access to the Program and features will automatically terminate. If we suspect illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, abuse or violation of these Program Terms, we also have the right to take appropriate legal action, in our sole discretion.

  • You agree to defend, indemnify and hold us, our parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, licensor's, officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any loss, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, resulting from any third party claim, action, or demand resulting from your participation in the Program or your breach of any of these Program Terms.

  • The personal information collected from you in connection with the Program, including but not limited to purchases made in connection with your Program membership, will be used and disclosed by us in accordance with the Secret Garden Florist Privacy Policy.
